Next edition 22 – 24 March 2024
On the shores of Lake Garda, in Riva del Garda, the 24th edition of the International Wind Band Competition Flicorno d’Oro will take place from March 22nd to 24th.
Wind bands compete in five categories – excellence, superior, first, second and third category – for the coveted winner’s trophy in the Congress Palace of Riva del Garda.
The artistic direction of the “Flicorno d’Oro” is in the hands of Marco Somadossi since 2018. He is a master for wind band conducting and jury member in national and international competitions. The composition of the jury and the compulsory pieces will be announced in the course of 2023.
Free seminars for woodwind and brass are offered as part of the supporting programme as well a conferences and meetings with industry experts.
