With more than 20 years of active editions and over 1,000 bands involved from all over the world, the Flicorno d'Oro band competition is one of the most important events at European and international level. The Associazione Flicorno d’Oro is supported in the organisation by the Riva del Garda music band and the Federation of the Music Bands of the Province of Trento, as well by the experience and expertise of various partners.

The Associazione Flicorno d'Oro was born from the love and passion for band music and the will to develop a format to connect people in a beautiful landscape motivating participation for wind bands. The Flicorno d'Oro in the more than 30 years of existence has proven his significant role in the world of wind and band music.

CORPO BANDISTICO RIVA DEL GARDA
The Riva del Garda music Band, founded in 1844, counts nowadays almost sixty music players including brass, reeds, and percussion.
Thanks to the professional approach and courage of their conductors and presidents all over the years, it boasts several national and international successes, as well as active collaboration in the organization of Flicorno d'Oro, band competition.

The Federation of the Music Bands of the Province of Trento was founded in 1951 to coordinate and support the many ensembles that were forming in the provincial territory after the war. The Federation stimulates the development of technical-artistic quality of the music bands and their players.
